Healthcare Recruiter Job Location: Wallingford Center, Connecticut

Full Time/Exempt

Wallingford, CT - Hybrid role - combination of On-Site and Remote.

ummary of Position: The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will work with the talent team and hiring managers to source and engage top-level talent for consideration for employment. Performs a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical recruitment functions for assigned jobs and affiliates. Coordinates all recruitment and selection functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for full cycle recruitment for assigned jobs in various locations throughout the state of CT.
Sourcing to develop a pipeline of active and passive job seekers using networking, professional organizations, the internet, direct sourcing (cold calling) and referrals.
Manage the review, pre-qualification, and distribution of incoming resumes submitted via Masonicare website and other sources.
Leverages ADP to fill positions in a timely manner and to pipeline talent.
Performs phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews as appropriate. Facilitates the interview process with hiring managers. Schedules interviews for managers as needed and appropriate.
Develops relationships with hiring managers to facilitate the assessment of talent. Tandem interviews with supervisory staff to develop interview skills.
Knowledgeable about all policies, programs, and benefits of Masonicare and the appropriate affiliate, in order to be responsive to applicant questions.
Evaluate trends in clinical recruitment and the job market to recommend recruitment strategies. Perform special studies and recommends solutions to problems of recruitment. Collects and analyzes data preparing reports as required.
Participates in career days, open-houses, job fairs and other activities to attract qualified candidates.
Prepare candidate offer packages, negotiate and extend job offers, and coordinate on-boarding for newly hired employees.
Provide support to all Masonicare affiliates to ensure all aspects of the recruitment process are completed in a timely, service-oriented manner.
Develop positive, service-oriented relationships with hiring managers. Review open positions with supervisors to clarify requirements, to establish selection processes and advertising needs, etc. Work collaboratively with them throughout the hiring process to complete the search in a timely, efficient manner. Provide guidance and compensation recommendations.
Incumbent should be knowledgeable in applicable State and Federal laws and regulations in order to ensure non-discriminatory practices are followed in all recruitment and selection processes. Participates in professional activities to keep abreast of technical and legal developments.
Travels throughout the state of CT to assigned branch offices/affiliates, as needed. Collaborates with and provides training to hiring managers with regards to interviewing/selection process.
Perform other duties as required/directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated success in a recruitment position, including direct sourcing experience. Healthcare experience highly preferred. Experience recruiting in a multi location setting is highly preferred.
