Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Divisional/Plant Controller in Wallingford, Connecticut. The job function revolves around managing accounting functions with an emphasis on using various Accounting Software Systems such as 3M, Epicor, and ADP - Financial Services. The role also demands familiarity with DCAA regulations and auditing.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operation of Accounting Software Systems such as 3M and Epicor to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Regularly updating and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Processing and managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Complying with DCAA regulations and conducting internal audits to ensure financial transparency and integrity.

• Developing and managing the annual budget to support financial health and business growth.

• Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary.

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management.

• Ensuring all accounting functions are performed correctly and promptly. Requirements • Position: Divisional/Plant Controller

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in 3M software

• Mastery of Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Familiarity with DCAA requirements and guidelines

• Proficiency in using Epicor software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in preparing and managing Annual Budgets

• Proven track record in Auditing.
