What you'll do

As a part of the Experience Tooling team, you will not only gain valuable insights into the Solution Innovation & Experience organization but also play a key role in contributing to various projects. We are looking for someone who has a business acumen to support strategic decision making, handle customer relationship and support overall operations of running go to market solutions for our users.

To excel in this role, you should have a talent for thinking outside the box and be able to tackle challenges with a proactive mindset. As a team player, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

What you bring

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

  • Computer skills: A basic knowledge of Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow is nice to have, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Language skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, reporting and presentation skills.

  • Interest for Content Management and User Communications.

  • Can work independently, prioritize effectively, and quickly adapt to new topics.

  • Interest and knowledge in new technologies, open-minded, creative, question the status quo, results-oriented, highly self-motivated.

  • Experience in Project and Product Management is a plus.

  • As working student available to work on a 20-hour basis.

  • Ability to work on-site in Walldorf if required.
