ABOUT THE TEAM

Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the management consulting unit within SAP, assisting customers to benefit from technology and digitalization in their business. We are committed to ideate business innovations, develop solutions and to turn novel ideas into business results.

Our goal is to identify value creation potential in the planning of strategic business and IT projects. Digitalization and Innovation is the core theme of CIOs and we are looking for a(n) (Associate) Consultant (f/m/d) to develop and align customers IT Strategy based on their Business Strategy.

We ensure a supportive onboarding including a buddy system and mentoring. Our team is spread around different locations and we highly value a collaborative team spirit and fun in what we do although it is quite serious for our customers success.

YOUR FUTURE POSITION

In this position you support and evaluate SAP IT architecture changes and impact to IT governance and processes. As (Associate) Consultant (f/m/d) you support with implementing Enterprise Architecture Management, prepare investment decisions based on detailed business case examinations and you enable business innovations and optimization based on IT Architecture changes and Cloud transformation.Further you support with defining and coordinating large SAP IT transformation programs (e.g. SAP S/4, Cloud transformations).

Further tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and support customer workshops

  • Analyze, evaluate, map and make proposals to align customer business processes & IT architecture

  • Support business transformation projects, mainly for global companies: involving multiple teams, including consultants from different areas of expertise, regions and cultures

  • Support in performing TCO and cost estimate analysis for large-scale IT and business process projects

  • Knowledge sharing to drive development within the team

YOUR PROFILE

  • First experience in SAP related Consulting or similar

  • Knowledgeable of SAP Solution Portfolio and SAP Technology Stacks

  • Experience with management consultancy projects,preferably with customers onside

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Inspiring and motivating on-site team leadership

  • Understanding of IT trends and their impact on business strategies

  • Excellent German(must) and English language skills at C level

  • Project management experience
