The Payroll Associate will be responsible for a full-cycle payroll system as well as working on other special projects as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Payroll Manager.

• Conduct payroll functions including but not limited to reporting, commissions, processing new hires, processing terminations, garnishments, etc.

• Coordinate with appropriate parties to enable the processing of payroll.

• Utilize Paycom and other specified databases.

• Handle all payroll related inquiries from outside departments and employees.

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent working knowledge of US Federal, State and Local payroll laws and regulations.

• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritizing skills.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to handle a high-volume workload.

• 3-5 years payroll processing experience.

• Paycom Payroll software experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
