Requirements / Job Duties for the Customer Service Representative:
Using phone-communication skills for inbound and outbound call support with heavy volume. This is the majority of the role.
Managing and helping our customers needs in emergency situations
Working closely with your team to be successful together
Having enthusiasm!

Communicating and understanding customer concern
Scheduling and booking service calls
