Robert Half Marketing Communications Coordinator in Wake Forest, North Carolina

Description We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team located in Wake Forest, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing web content management, social media management, and using various tools to optimize our marketing efforts. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize web content through WordPress

• Oversee the redesign process of web content to ensure it aligns with our branding and marketing goals

• Manage our social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

• Oversee the creation and management of social media budgets and calendars

• Engage in community management to ensure a positive and interactive social media presence

• Utilize tools such as CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics for effective social media management

• Leverage your skills in Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Budget Processes, and Campaign Planning to drive our marketing efforts

• Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure all marketing objectives are met. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and Database management.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems.

• Ability to use Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for data analysis.

• Experience in creating and implementing Advertisements.

• Knowledge of Brand Awareness strategies.

• Understanding of Budget Processes in a corporate setting.

• Ability to develop and execute effective Campaign Planning.

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Prior experience in a Marketing Communications role is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and also independently as required.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.

• Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
