Job Description:

Technical trainer

Essential Functions:

  • Training

  • Technical writing

  • Course development

  • Training Record Keeping

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

  • 5+ years training development (PowerPoint)

  • Experience teaching in a classroom setting for adult.

  • CBT course development experience

  • OSHA related training experience a must

  • Experienced in using Success Factor and/or Oracle training software desirable.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Aviation maintenance experience

  • Teamwork, collaboration, engaging personality and embodiment of All In Waco mentality

  • Desire to take on additional cross functional project and unique development assignments

  • Ambition to promote up with in the organization as business needs become available
