Oversee project lifecycle for software development initiatives, from inception through to deployment, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives. Lead planning and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams composed of software developers, analysts, and other IT professionals, ensuring effective team collaboration and project progression. Direct and manage project development, facilitating the teams adherence to quality standards and resolving issues to maintain project momentum. Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools, reporting project status, risks, and successes to senior stakeholders regularly. Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and mitigation to minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle. Liaise between technical and non-technical departments to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Manage project budgets, including resource allocation and expense control. Ensure data security, compliance, and control are maintained throughout the project, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Foster a productive and collaborative environment within the software development team, providing guidance and mentorship as needed. Proficient in leading projects that involve both front-end and back-end development frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and efficient project delivery. Strong understanding of web platform development, service-oriented architecture (SOA), cloud computing, and web applications from a project management standpoint. Expertise in the implementation and management of project management methodologies and tools. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in strategic IT planning, including aspects of budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term vision development. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Effective stakeholder and resource management. Solid understanding of software development life cycles and modern project management principles, with the ability to guide teams using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Employer will accept bachelors degree in the Computer Science/Business Admin/ Engineering (any), C.I.S. or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience

Relocation is unanticipated, as the relocation depends on the client needs. The frequency of the relocation as well is unknown, as it purely depends on the client requirement. There is no National or International travel involved.
