Job Description: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in training, communication or business-related field required. Certification/Registration/Licensure: N/A Experience: 2-3 years of leadership experience along with strong comprehensive knowledge and skills in learning technology. POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Organizational Learning and Performance, leads development and deployment of organizational learning systems, structures, eLearning course development and processes. Also leads development and implementation of system wide performance appraisal and goal setting processes. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain an eLearning strategy with a centralized learning infrastructure and decentralized expertise Collaborate cross-functionally to enable execution of best-in-class learning tools and programs Leads the creation of instructional approaches that resonate with a modern audience, including dynamic learning paths, learning in the flow of work, applying the latest instructional design principles and industry best practices to maximize engagement and effectiveness across a range of learning modalities. Lead the planning and implementation of performance appraisals and goal setting to support the organization in meeting objectives and supporting growth and development. Create a content strategy to demonstrate best practices in engaging and effective learning content, Develop programs and processes to build on the employee experience to create a culture of internal mobility, inclusivity and engagement Partner with HR colleagues and a wide variety of stakeholders to create and deploy learning programs and resources to build skills of the future Core for all Leaders Organizational Strategy and Implementation -- Recognizes market trends, judges the impact on their AOR, contributes to responsive strategic plans, develops AOR operational plans, articulates these plans, and ensures they are communicated to gain alignment and commitment of all AOR staff. Fiscal Management -- Effectively uses established processes to ensure accountability for effective operations and resource management. Human Resource Management -- Effectively uses established processes to: select, align, develop, motivate, manage, and retain a team of highly skilled employees. Excellence in Service and Quality-- Achieves seamless delivery of quality patient care, safety, excellence in patient experience, and customer service. Utilizes Continuous Quality Improvement principles and platform planning in decisions, improvements, and system design. Organizational Leadership -- Provides leadership and accomplishes objectives by ensuring the integration of processes and initiatives while modeling collaboration. Participates and supports in brand/service delivery teams as requested.
