Parkview North Hospital Clinical Supervisor Wabash BH in Wabash, Indiana
Summary
In conjunction with Leader: Responsible for the daily functioning and clinical operations of Parkview Wabash Behavioral Health (Older Adult and Chemical Dependency) programs. Sets and monitors clinical direction develops and maintains content of all programs, establishes and promotes growth of services through professional interactions using an interdisciplinary approach. Supervises delivery of client care by staff, guides strong fiscal performance of service units, and ensures excellent customer service. This is a working role and provides direct clinical services (therapy sessions, assessments, and other clinical duties).
Education
Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other counseling field.
Licensure/Certification
Crisis Intervention required upon hire or within 60 days of employment. CPR required upon hire or within 30 days of employment. Licensed by the state of Indiana as a mental health provider: LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
Experience
Must have 2 years of mental health, counseling, psychology or social services experience. Must have knowledge of and experience with evidence based practices, treatments and intervention techniques. Experience with Chemical Dependency/Substance Use Disorders is a plus.
Other Qualifications
Must have excellent written and verbal skills, be self-directed, and foster cooperation within and between Parkview Wabash Behavior Health departments.
