An industry-leading firm is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Specialist. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for numbers, meticulous attention to detail, and a natural ability to adhere to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting, verifying and processing payroll information.

• Calculating payable hours, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.

• Dealing with employee inquiries about payroll issues or discrepancies.

• Preparing reports for senior management, finance department, etc.

• Staying updated on federal and state payroll and tax regulations.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist.

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.

• High degree of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.

• Experience with manual and computerized payroll systems, and human resource management systems (HRMS).

• Excellent mathematical and IT skills.
