Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the office.

• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord.

• Provide general support to visitors.

• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

• Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations and conferences.

  Requirements

• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.

• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

• High School degree; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field would be a plus.
