job summary:

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for finding and collecting merchandise in a warehouse and prepare the items for shipment to customers. May use a computer or scanner to check inventory and locate items. assemble packages for shipping. You will also inspect merchandise, stock, categorize, count and tag inventory. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking. Process orders and samples in agreement with the Warehouse SOP.  Help with the developing, implementing and maintaining of warehouse procedures.  Ensure that all safety guidelines are adhered to on a daily basis.  Receive and process customer returns (RMA's).  Cycle count finish good items and submit findings for inventory correction.  Be involved in all staff and company training, to include forklift recertification.  Ensure all production stock is moved to inventory accurately and efficiently.  Ship small parcel orders using NDS ship link small parcel software.  Coordinate special Marketing requests and assist with special projects.

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
