Express Employment Professionals Intake Coordinator in Visalia, California

The Intake Clerk is responsible for answering agency telephones and coordinating with all departments. Clerk will also manage all of the patient medical and billing records including scanning and assigning of all documents accurately. Clerk will maintain postage and will process Incoming and Outgoing mail. Clerk will prepare the daily bank deposit and prepare the Inner office correspondence for accounting. Clerk will also perform miscellaneous tasks such as insurance verification and data entry for new patient files including patient follow up calls as needed. Clerk will also perform all of the Intake Coordinator duties when needed.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50/hr - M-F, 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate

Office and computer skills are necessary

Must be able to function with minimal supervision

Effective time management and organizational skills are necessary

Bilingual - Spanish

Performance Expectations:

  1. Responsible for answering agency telephones and coordinating with all departments.
