Job Summary
The Unit Supervisor supervises, and coordinates activities of personnel assigned.
Essential Responsibilities
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
Coordinates entry level training and reinforcement training
Issues written and om1 instructions.
Ensures productivity, efficiency and key performance indicator levels are maintained to standard.
Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
Prepares composite reports from individual reports of subordinates.
Adjusts errors and complaints.
Performs or assists subordinates in performing duties.
Responsible for the preparation of performance evaluation
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for collections and clerical staff positions.
Independence of Judgement
The degree of judgment is related to the creation, development and implantation of policies, strategies and work methods of general application and recommendation of action or decision on subjects of impact for the essential functions of the Bank.
Impact of Errors
The impact of errors of this position could affect the strategic results or Bank image through the regulatory agencies, customers and the community and the stability and continuity of the vital Bank operations.

Competencies
Language - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or goverrmiental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical skills - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with sexeml abstract and concrete variables.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience.
