岗位职责

1.及时准确的为酒店内外宾客转接电话。

2.准确及时的为客人传递信息,确保顾客隐私。

3.遵循酒店品牌标准,保护客人隐私,防止酒店数据泄露。

4.了解酒店酒店的基本概况。

5.汇报有关酒店系统,硬件设施的有关问题及处理方式。

6.随时向客服中心经理汇报最新的动态。

7.确保信息有效的传达到人,及时解决问题让客人满意,参加每日必须的会议等。

8.确保完成每日的任务,包括并不仅限于工作检查表所列的工作。

岗位要求

1.具有一年以上工作经验。

2.大专及以上学历,具有良好的英语沟通能力。

3.能熟练的掌握和运用电脑。
