Job Description Summary:

The Naven Health Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the daily flow of clinical supplies between the warehouse and nursing departments. Functions to support the nursing department by working with the support staff and clinicians to ensure all patients/customers receive timely, accurate deliveries of supplies and medication as directed. Responsible for inventory sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining products. Maintains the inventory in compliance with legal standards and Naven Health policies and procedures.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Maintains accurate inventory. Accountable for discrepancies. Participates in physical inventory. Implements “inventory control” and establishes minimum order quantity amounts. Monitors equipment tracking and maintenance. Obtains cost effective rental equipment.

  • Purchases all supplies for inventory, following correct purchasing procedures. Sources cost effective products as directed by the clinicians and Naven Health product contracts. Minimizes the cost of freight of product ordered and shipped to the pharmacy. Knowledgeable of products and their usage.

  • Manages regulatory posters and supplies for all Naven Health Offices.

  • Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs as designated by the clinician and establish relationship with client. Communicates information to appropriate personnel and document accordingly. Generates patient orders on system. Coordinates and executes shipping schedule. Communicates with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of patient supplies and confirms deliveries.

  • Manages Naven nurse supplies, including but not limited to onboarding training kits, PPE, vital sign equipment and Naven branded items.

  • Responsible for scanning legacy companies mail and forwarding to appropriate personnel.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience communicating both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, prospective acquisitions, external clients).

  • Basic level skill in Microsoft Office 2003 or later: Word (for example: creating documents, entering and formatting text, page layouts, creating tables, and adding graphics), Excel (for example: creating worksheets, entering data, creating basic formulas, working with cells and rows).

  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

Physical Demand Requirements

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time at a home office

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs frequently

Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
