Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in strategic IT, technology, and business capability delivery including the following areas:

  • Working with Application development methodologies and technologies;

  • Engaging in Strategic management and delivery methodologies to drive an agile delivery culture to organize, plan, and carry out complex assignments;

  • Cooperating with Application delivery strategy that incorporates both delivery and application support, with a focus on prioritized functionality and user experience;

  • Guiding business skills (i.e. financial, resource, vendor, issue management, etc) to solve critical and strategic issues;

  • Leading an IT organization in a hands-on leadership role, accountable for tactical, financial, and strategic outcomes of the organization based on delivery and operational needs;

  • Coaching and developing the Cross Line of Service teams, including staff selection, engagement, development, retention, and performance;

  • Partnering with and/or directing top performing, agile delivery teams within a rapidly changing environment with employees, contractors, and sourced resources;

  • Connecting with business Product Owners and delivery teams to understand the various priorities and roadmaps in order to plan delivery of the industry leading and most strategic value;

  • Involving with and providing support and assistance to the Cross Line of Service Leader; proactively identifies and takes ownership of organizational functions and tasks where gaps and/or needs are identified; assumes functions and tasks as requested;

  • Engaging with Leadership via support and ownership of functions and tasks when requested;

  • Participating in strategy and planning activities, bringing current knowledge and future vision of technology, processes, and industry leading practices as related to business requirements and industry trends;

  • Driving organizational initiatives; setting and adjusting priorities; removing barriers and acting with an appropriate sense of urgency;

  • Working with others to discover creative solutions to complex problems, which may require unique approaches, while maintaining standards and reducing any risk to the firm;

  • Establishing application delivery efforts that are focused on the business value with continual focus on improving the experience of the application user;

  • Maintaining effective relationships and channels of communication with business sponsors and PwC Technology leadership including working with senior level staff/partners in other departments and across IT domains; and,

  • Fostering working relationships in order to establish and promote a healthy cross-organizational working model that includes the sharing of roadmaps, understanding and highlighting project work and initiatives across organizations, partnering to identify and address gaps and missing functionality while honing a working model that will result in the most favorable consumption of services.

The salary range for this position is: $167,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
