About the Position

Meridian University is seeking an individual experienced in customer service and the specific nuances of higher education. This role involves both process management and case management in the context of supporting graduate-level students throughout their academic journey.

Classification: Full Time

Location: On site at Meridian University's Bay Area Center in Petaluma, CA

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Administrative experience

  • Proven experience handling complex and high-stakes customer service cases

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A sense of initiative and exceptional diligence

  • Familiarity with CRMs or ticketing systems

  • Interest in working on site

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher

  • Experience supporting university-level students

  • A background in psychology, education, business, coaching, or leadership

  • Experience working in a start-up or small team setting

  • Familiarity with Salesforce

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
