Raymond’s iWarehouse system is an industry leading material handling telemetry product that helps our customers drive improvement in their warehousing operations by leveraging data analytics.

About the position:

With a focus on National Account customers, the Telematics Health and Success Manager drives positive customer outcomes by identifying and resolving anomalies with the underlying data reporting, ensuring overall data health and accuracy.

  • Work with Data Analytics team to define, develop, and test additional reporting tools required to uncover problems. Monitor audits and reports to identify data anomalies.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of a variety of data issues to determine underlying problems and develop paths toward resolution.
  • Drive resolution of underlying issues by leveraging cross functional relationships across a wide spectrum of groups.
  • Work with Field Service and Solutions and Support Centers to coordinate and drive truck side service fixes and updates.
  • Drive process improvement throughout all stakeholder groups in the iWarehouse value stream through timely feedback and collaborative, creative problem solving.
  • Develop, track, and report on metrics and KPIs related to telematics data reporting issues and customer data health.
  • Responsible for interpreting policy, evaluating existing methods/processes as required and developing new procedures/plans that are most cost effective.
  • Exchange sensitive information and resolve issues with senior level staff inside and outside the company over a variety of data and equipment related issues.
  • Review highly complex reports and/or data and provides analyses, summaries and resulting action plans.
  • Employ new concepts that have significant influence on problems/issues.
  • Travel is anticipated to be 25% or less.

About you:

  • 4 or more years of project management experience.
  • High attention to detail and progressive task management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize critical issues and adapt to ever-changing customer priorities.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, persistent communication and follow up.
  • Excellent interpersonal and exceptional communication skills for all management levels throughout corporate, S&SC and customer teams.
  • Highly analytical with strategic critical thinking. Escalates issues when necessary or prompted.

It would be great if you had:

  • Proven project management and technical experience.
  • Raymond product knowledge and/or organizational familiarity.
  • Field Service or aftermarket customer satisfaction experience preferred.
  • Continuous Improvement, Toyota Production System, or Raymond Lean Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence or related field.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $66,800 – $85,700 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
