ManTech Technical Program Manager for ICAM Modernization Lead in United States

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Program Manager for ICAM Modernization Lead to join our team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of tasks

Ensure project is delivered on time and within scope and budget

Allocating and/or tracking resources across multiple projects

Creating project plans and managing them accordingly

Working closely with business and solution resources on lifecycle deliverables

Generating weekly progress and status reports in several formats

Successfully manage relationship with the client and stakeholders

Minimize project risk

Create and maintain project documentation

Coordinate with various organizations and teams within the enterprise to ensure that all the activities and dependencies are being met by matrixed resources and other teams responsible for delivery within the organization

Brief project management, technical design, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences including senior government stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle through written as well as in-person reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

An Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or v4 certification

A degree

A minimum of (12) twelve years of relevant experience

A minimum of (7) sevens of years of experience with project management skills to include, but not limited to: project initiation, project plan creation, resource allocation, time/schedule management, risk management, budget tracking, prioritization, status reporting.

A minimum of (5) five years of experience in Agile Development projects with strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodologies.

Experience with IT lifecycle

Experience with identify, credentialling, monitoring (ICAM)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

History of delivering projects within allocated budgets and on schedule

Hands-on experience with Agile Lifecycle Management

Experience in supporting applications and managing work

Experience working with diverse groups of IT professional, gathering requirements, facilitating decision-making sessions, and documenting the results.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

A master’s degree

A minimum of (9) nine years of relevant experience

Experience working with federal government agencies

Experience with Zero Trust

Experience with DevSecOps

Clearance Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen

Possess a Secret Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain customer suitability

The projected compensation range for this position is $106,000-$150,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
