  To strengthen our team in Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) Technical Manager-工业涂料.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with internal sales/BD and external targeted customers to understand technical requirements and provide technical service/solution upon on technical difficulties for the segment of industrial coating.

• Technical request, lab project of NDA/CDA, technical concept & formulation development and execution.

• Develop innovative systems in cooperation with sales/BD, product development (R&D) and overseas application colleagues. Maintain Company Intelligence and keep developing new ones for value creation.

• Coordinate the transfer of technical documents from Wacker Global to local according to business needs.

• Propose and implement application lab efficiency/capability improvement to fulfill daily operation. Ensure all EHSS requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related major

• min. 8 years of solid technical background in chemicals and a paint company is preferred

• product development experience in industry coating, such as polysiloxane or heat resistance coating, etc. is must to have

• Good communication skill, fluent in both oral and written English

• Open mind and willing to learn new things

• Positive thinking and customer oriented

• Be willing to work hard in technical lab
