We are currently hiring a HVAC/Temperature Control Technical Trainer - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

As part of a global team, this role will ensure a high standard of delivery of technical training, primarily to Operations teams, to accelerate time to competency. The role will also provide subject matter expertise to aid in the development of future content as well enabling the continual improvement of the existing technical curriculum.

What you’ll do:

• You will have a focus to deliver technical training on our temperature control (HVAC) products as well as some power-based training to our operations teams based in France with travel to other European locations (both in person and via MS teams).

• Work with SME’s to create and deliver new training solution for new fleet

• Keep present learning up to date and relevant.

• You will manage liability for technical training delivery through continuous risk assessment and mitigation, with special responsibility for “Live” training (i.e. using live running equipment and/or on Live operational Sites/Depots).

• You will maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness within Workday.

• Be a strong ambassador for Aggreko strong safety culture

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• You will be fluent in French and be able to communicate effectively in English at a professional technical level.

• You will have a technical background in HVAC & Power generation.

• Experience with control systems advantageous.

• Energy storage, compressor or steam boiler experience would also be advantageous.

• Present strong written and verbal communication skills.
