Advantive Technical Implementation Consultant in United States

The Technical Implementation Specialist will join our Professional Services team and will be responsible for the seamless integration and deployment of our software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Linux and Windows operating environments, as well as proficiency in databases such as MySQL and SQL Server. Knowledge of APIs and system integrations is desirable, as it facilitates smooth integration with third-party systems and enhances overall system functionality. This position will collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure successful implementation of our software solutions.

This role may require travel to customer sites for onsite support and or implementation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation process of our software solutions on customer systems, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to project timelines

  • Configure and optimize software settings to align with customer requirements and maximize system effectiveness

  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during the implementation process, resolving complex issues efficiently

  • Collaborate with customer to analyze their technical infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvements and efficiencies

  • Conduct consulting sessions and training sessions, both virtually and in person, to educate customer on software functionality and best practices

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing any software-related concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical implementation roles, preferably with software solutions

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus

  • Must be eligible to work in Mexico

  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, including shell scripting and PowerShell

  • Experience with database management systems, particularly MySQL and SQL Server

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and implement effective solutions

  • Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with systems analysis techniques and procedures, including hardware and software specifications

  • Ability to work independently with discretion and judgment, managing and coordinating technical activities effectively

  • Knowledge of corrugated industry areas and processes is a plus

  • Open to travel around 50%
