• Receive the sales orders intake from sales team and process into ERP system.

• Checking the delivery leadtime and feedback to customers/sales teams for delivery plan.

• Generate the billing and delivery request to warehouse for actual goods delivery to customers.

• Develop sales forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for sales forecast & demand supply planning regions and nationwide.

• Review historical sales trends, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

• Forecast stock volume/ space capacity for warehouse operations

• Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing activities assumptions.

• Interact with sales, finance and Product management to understand demand forecast drivers.

• Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales and Product Management, finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.

• Provide input to the in developing inventory strategies on existing items, stock item, new products, and product phase-outs.

• Manage, control and regularly report stock availability, forecast accuracy and stock efficiency.

• Recommends and defines improvements.

• Utilizes software tools to cleanse and analyze historical data.

• Manage to clear slow/non-moving items.

• Responsible for strategic and advanced purchasing activities within the company while ensuring compliance with overall objectives and strategies of the company.

• Lead general Supplier affairs, e.g. Claim Management, Analysis of potential Suppliers and Resourcing, Continuous Improvement Process, Financial Improvement Processes etc.

• Delivering budget control /management of annual cost reduction targets.

• Review the process of following up order request to P.O and checking MoV and MoQ with with suppliers if there is any P.O not meet factory’s MoV and MoQ.

• Manage CO/CQ, HS code, ..etc.

• Develop and manage forwarders, shipping agencies to handle the shipments from factory sides to Vietnam local ports.

• Handle the tax declaration, tax payment, custom clearance.

• Work with warehouse agency to manage the local warehouse and goods inbound and outbound.

• Handle and document the sales contracts.

• Laisse with suppliers and product management for product issues, claims.
