United States Fleet Forces Command SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in United States

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the C5I Requirements Directorate, Programs Division, (N81) of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES. Responsibilities You will review and approve work plans to be accomplished by subordinates; prioritizing and scheduling completion of work. You will set broad objectives; monitor subordinate employees' performance in providing services; review accomplishments; and take appropriate action of correction when deficiencies are noted. You will provide advice, counsel, or instruct individual employees, on both work and administrative matters. You will interview and recommend employees for selection, reassignment, and promotion. You will develop and evaluate performance standard; recommend/approve awards, hear and resolve complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious complaints to a higher authority. You will review and recommend decisions on serious disciplinary actions; and make decisions on work problems presented by subordinates. You will serve as the principal authority for Battlespace Awareness, Meteorology, Oceanography, Space Operations, Information Operations and Integrated Fires requirements and program management for command-managed programs. You will serve as the principal program management lead for the Battlespace Awareness, Meteorology, Oceanography, Space Operations, Information Operations and Integrated Fires portfolio in coordinating with supported commands. You will apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods sufficient to plan, schedule and conduct projects and studies to review current, proposed and future capabilities and solutions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for the SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-14, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assist with planning, scheduling, and conducting projects and studies within Battlespace Awareness, Meteorology, Oceanography, Space Operations, Information Operations and Integrated Fires programs. Experience performing programmatic gap analysis and monitoring capability trends supporting the implementation of Battlespace Awareness, Meteorology, Oceanography, Space Operations, Information Operations and Integrated Fires program capabilities in all operational environments. Extensive experience reviewing current, proposed and future Battlespace Awareness, Meteorology, Oceanography, Space Operations, Information Operations and Integrated Fires capabilities and solutions proposed by the System Commands Program Offices. Extensive experience providing guidance and oversight to ensure the programs in the Battlespace Awareness, Meteorology, Oceanography, Space Operations, Information Operations and Integrated Fires portfolio are integrated across the entire spectrum of Doctrine, Organizations, Training, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P} reviews.
