Allied Universal is looking to hire a Stategic Accounts Portfolio Manager. Oversee and direct the security program at all assigned portfolios ensuring contract compliance and the development of a relationships with Allied Universal client contacts. This position serves as a liaison for regional and local Allied Universal branch offices to help ensure all operational, financial and administrative functions for assigned account have been performed. The individual’s performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, providing quality customer service to assigned customer and assisting in achieving the financial goals and objectives of Allied Universal. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure contract compliance at all assigned properties. Identify security issues and opportunities and recommend solutions to client’s corporate security team. Respond to critical incidents at client

  • Facilitate and provide in-depth client specific training to new on-site Allied Universal managers

  • Create and deliver annual training programs

  • Develop a relationship with local and regional client contacts. Work with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Identify and present industry best practices to all teams in all locations

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of Executive Business Briefings

  • Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and measure Allied Universal’s performance of these measurements to ensure acceptable monthly scorecard results

  • Ability to conduct in-depth audits and analysis of operational and financial controls relating to the account management

  • Create and manage to an annual overhead budget. Partner with their customer on their security budget

  • Mentor managers within their portfolio to establish a succession plan for their portfolio.

  • Survey security professionals and leaders to gauge workplace satisfaction.

  • The position requires up to 35% domestic travel to client locations as well as other Allied Universal offices when necessary.

  • Active participation in industry specific professional organizations such as ASIS

  • Work with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and data

  • Provide annual business reviews to client contacts

  • Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods

  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience

  • Minimum 5 years of security management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Criminal Justice

Pay rate: $60,000-$80,000 per year
