Minerva Surgical Sr. Sales Operations Analyst in United States

Position Summary:

The Sr. BI Analyst needs to be highly analytical, creative when it comes to data sets with a strong intellectual curiosity and comfortable responding to and structuring ambiguous requests to transform our data into actionable insights.

The role requires a person who enjoys making sense of complex and disparate data, be technically savvy and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced growing organization.  This role works cross functionally to identify reporting that aids successful operational execution of corporate priorities.

Essential Duties:

  • Identify relevant data and metrics to analyze. Design and develop reporting assets that provide consistent, reliable and automated delivery of data.

  • Maintains current dashboards and implements efficiencies. T roubleshoots production issues and performance tuning.

  • Responsible for accessing, validating, and querying data from data repositories using available tools (including SQL, Power BI).

  • Develop and execute standard and ad-hoc Power BI reports for Sales and Marketing teams around product, customer, and general business performance.

  • Collaborate across the organization to build solutions that serve multiple areas of the business.

  • Manage life cycle of new analytics from assessment, initiation, development, staging, production, and institutionalization and works independently on end-to-end solutions, from data investigation to visual dashboards.

  • Analyze and optimize sales territory alignments and recommend adjustments as needed Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and report findings and make recommendations to company leadership.

  • Manage field sales CRM, including planning, roll-out, change management, compliance, support, maintenance, and reporting

  • Work with Finance and other functions to finalize monthly/quarterly commissions

  • Manage vendors for optimized results and cost

  • Provide analytical support in ad-hoc requests and projects

    Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or Related Degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence and/or analytics

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • 2-3+ years developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI

  • Advanced SQL experience preferred.

  • Advanced Excel experience

  • Experience with Zoho CRM a plus.

  • Experience in recommending and implementing effective systems and tools that provide critical information

    Work Location: Remote. Must reside in the U.S.
