Software Engineering Manager (gn) Focus: Sales/ CRM

The role

" We are growing and seeking a Team Lead (gn) for our Inhouse CRM Software Development Team. The success of our innovative software solutions relies on their functionality and user-friendliness. We use the latest Microsoft technologies and agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) to develop and quickly adapt to customer, partner, and market needs, achieving short time-to-market cycles. "

• Interpersonal and disciplinary management of software developers and consultants globally.

• Set up and recruiting new developers/consultants for the CRM platform together with Talent Acquisition team.

• Support the team members in their personal development as well as in the fulfilment of their operational tasks, in order to achieve the ambitious goals of SoftwareOne

• Establish and improve the software engineering processes together with the teams

• You participate in the design, implementation, documentation and testing of software solutions - in other words, you know what it's all about

• Take ownership for compliance with quality assurance processes

• Handle external service providers when needed.

• Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to develop efficient solutions for internal customers.

What we need to see from you

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Profound experience in leading exciting CRM projects

• Validated leadership skills.

• Good overview of current capabilities of the market leading CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 incl. Power Platform or Salesforce

• Modern software engineering practices (low-/no-code)

• Sales process design and implementation

• Expertise in agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN).

• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.

• Committed to quality, scalability, and reliability.

• Passionate about enabling and growing people.

• Collaborative and solution-oriented / e ffective problem-solving skills.

• Highly self-motivated, results oriented, work independently, assume ownership ( You built it, you run it.).
