ManTech Senior Program Control Analyst in United States
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Control Analyst (PCA) to join our team. This position is fully remote.
Job Summary:
The Senior PCA will manage the program PCA team and will be responsible for the training and development of that team. They will provide project management and administrative support and coordination to a complex portfolio of contracts or one very large program depending upon the exact assignment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages, maintains, and monitors subcontractor funding and expenditures
Builds and manages forecasting models for various programs
Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues
Prepares and delivers financial reports to customer and/or government and prepares reports and financial statements for management
Works as key technical expert on financial analysis, issues, and concerns
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
Audits expense reports, timesheets, and purchase requisitions
Works with several contract types to include, Time and Material, Cost Plus fix Fee, Cost Plus LOE, Firm Fix Price, and Straight-line
Creates Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs), Budget estimates, and/or cost to complete work analysis for new projects or new work
Manages a team of Program Finance Analysts, ranging from Junior level to Senior level
Trained New and existing employees on finance process and government regulations
Worked closely with all departments to ensure contract needs are met
Ability to multitask and multi-manage program execution responsibilities with corporate financial responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; an additional 5 years of equivalent experience may be substituted for degree
5+ years of Program Control Analyst experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, forecasting, indirect rate management, and variance analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
PeopleSoft, Workday, Hyperion, sPro, and PowerBI skills
Excellent records, file management, and archiving skills
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current and active Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position majority of the time.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
