Medtronic is looking for an experienced professional with a passion for pricing strategy, with strong analytical skills and business acumen besides an excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Assuming this role you will:

· Collaborate with Local/Regional leadership to implement pricing foundation processes effectively.

· Lead complex strategic pricing initiatives aligned with corporate priorities.

· Foster a pricing culture across the region and standardize tools, processes, and metrics for all business units.

· Create a prioritization roadmap to ensure sustainable implementation.

· Evaluate pricing trends and recommend actions to align with Global Strategic objectives.

· Monitor compliance with target prices and pricing guidelines as well as to propose mechanisms for profit optimization and price increases.

· Work closely with marketing and sales teams on ad-hoc pricing projects and set pricing for new products.

Must Haves

· University degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent

· 6-8 years of relevant service pricing experience or successful experience in Strategy, Finance, Reimbursement/Health Economics, or Marketing

· Proven track record in business partnership, process improvements, change management, and project management

· Strong analytical skills

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities within a complex matrix environment

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team

· Fluent in English

Nice to Haves

· Medical devices pricing experience from a large healthcare player

· Experience with Price Management Systems
