RLDatix Senior Implementation Analyst in United States

What You Will Do
As a Senior Implementation Analyst on the Professional Services team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with our Clients on the delivery of services related to implementation of RLDatix software. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4-5+ years of software implementation experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment and have stellar communication skills and a desire to work with software and end users.
Provide subject matter expertise on the implementation of RLDatix software to meet project deliverables
Hold requirements gathering sessions with clients
Conduct remote and on-site implementation meetings and coordinate configuration of client databases
Collaborate with other members of the RL implementation team on project management, technical implementation and training
Provide leadership to Professional Service team members, helping to coach junior staff to develop their skills
Develop documentation to support the standard implementation process
Create and/or improve implementation templates, training and presentations
Maintain a detailed status report and tracking of task completion on each project for internal project control
Deliver remote and on-site training and consulting services to meet pilot and go live educational needs
Participate in product and service development activities to enhance the value proposition for clients
Improve product/service delivery in our Professional Services team by focusing on the work, maintain customer focus, and encourage acts of leadership
Skills/Experience/Competencies You Will Need
Exceptional leadership skills with strong capabilities in planning and executing deliverables

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous
Minimum 4-5 years of software implementation experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
Healthcare background with broad industry knowledge is an asset
Conversant in various tools for management, project planning and time tracking including MS Project and MS Excel
Bilingual (English and French) an asset
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed
