What You Will Do

Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Senior Analyst Relations Manager to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. The Senior Analyst Relations Manager is a critical part of the Content, Communications & Brand team – whose charter is to support Forescout business goals through activities that align, advocate, and amplify.

The Senior Analyst Relations Manager will operate as an individual contributor in a highly cross-functional role where you will regularly engage with our top customers, executive staff members, product, communications, and customer advocacy teams to d esign, develop, and execute an industry analyst relations and influencer program. This position requires a leader who is eager to take initiative, has a natural curiosity, and is comfortable engaging with analysts both on and off the phone. We are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for building relationships with thought leaders and industry experts. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities, and exercise good judgment while acting with bias for action. The team is seeking a high-judgment, seasoned professional who will own the development of analyst communications and executive engagements for a diverse range of IT and cybersecurity topics including - but not limited to – OT security, threat detection and response solutions, artificial intelligence, and security operations modernization.

The Senior Analyst Relations Manager will:

• Build and executive a comprehensive strategy to engage analysts and foster understanding of Forescout innovations, differentiators and market traction.

• Build, nurture and maintain relationships to grow and manage a pool of referenceable analysts and develop them into champions for Forescout.

• Drive Forescout presence in marquee evaluation and market sizing reports, such as Landscapes, Magic Quadrants, Waves and Universe reports, while ensuring relevant touchpoints outside of the evaluation process for customers and the c-suite.

• Work with the appropriate domain business unit leads to ensure prompt responses and input for analyst RFIs, research requests, and ongoing research calendars and events.

• Develop a regular cadence to share industry analyst reviews, insights, blogs, and feedback throughout the organization.

• Craft and execute short- and long-term plans to engage and influence industry analysts aligned with the goals of the business.

• Manage overall approach and planning for delivery of live and virtual analyst events to ensure turnout and participation of high-priority target analysts (VIP days, industry trade shows, Forescout-owned events, roundtables, visits).

• Support SME engagement and preparedness for analyst briefings with detailed backgrounders and interview questions, framework, definitions, and scope for analyst research reports.

  Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) years of validated experience working in communications, industry analyst relations, or product marketing function

• Existing knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and competitive differentiation

• Experience working closely with industry analysts on corporate/product strategy to drive champions

• Strong writing ability and verbal communication skills, you can create and convey meaningful content that clearly states the Forescout competitive position

• Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems independently

• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging with influencers

• Experience in event planning, coordination and execution

• Skilled in using MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other productivity tools (Monday/Asana/etc.)

  This is a hybrid-remote opportunity based out of our Plano, Texas office. You will be working on-site at our Plano location approximately three to four days per week during normal business hours. Minimal travel will be required. Fully remote candidates will be considered based on experience specific to this role
