About the job
This position is needed as a trusted partner to the Segment GTM organization with a strong focus on Product and Technical Enablement. Within Twilio, Enablement drives onboarding and continuous training for our customer facing teams to accelerate ramp times, drive revenue and broaden skill sets. This role contributes to content creation and supports operational execution and delivery of Product Enablement for both the GTM and CAPS teams as well as other cross-functional programs such as our bi-annual Sales Accelerator Bootcamp.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Drive cross functional alignment across GTM Stakeholders, Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Product Managers (PM) to develop and roll out a formal Product Enablement Program for future product releases.
Own and drive the overall product enablement strategy and roll out Monthly Product LMS Updates for Segment GTM and CAPS teams.
Synthesize technical concepts into digestible concepts for non-technical GTM roles.
Work with respective PMs and PMMs to develop an enablement plan and identify enablement training/ assets needed for each new Segment product or feature release.
Help build and execute product enablement training (live or LMS) for Segment GTM and CAPS teams.
Coordinate agenda and technical presenters for Monthly Technical Enablement sessions.
Owning logistics, coordinating agenda and executing the AE & SE Sales Onboarding Accelerator program in San Francisco that occurs in Q2 and Q4.
Work with PMM to audit past product trainings to ensure content is most up to date in our Content Management System.
Help drive large cross-functional initiatives such as Sales Kick Off Content for Segment.
Prioritize projects assigned and meet project timelines.

Required:
BA/BS degree in a business related field.
Experience with content and learning management systems.
Familiarity with Google Suite and project management tools like Airtable.
Ability to translate technical information into digestible concepts.
Effective time manager, capable of delivering on multiple assignments and tasks accurately and on time.
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment.
Experience with product release cycles and communications.
You have an innate desire to help others succeed.
You are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Desired:
Strong project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
Strong preference for candidate with Segment product knowledge.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in the United States, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, NY, NJ, WA, PA, and CT.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, Washington and Washington D.C. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in Colorado or Washington D.C. : $105,019 - $131,274.
Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $111,197 - $138,996.
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $123,552 - $154,440.
This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
