Our Financial client is looking for Sales Support Analyst in Wayne, PA who will be expected to perform transactional aspects of the structured sales support workflow from application to booking, support application and contract process and liaise with vendor/partner/dealer operations. Responsibilities Support application and contract process Liaise with vendor/partner/dealer/sales reps Perform transactional aspects of the Structured Sales Support workflow from Application to Booking Analyze and recommend opportunities for improvement , particularly across the Application to Booking Process Manage and convert outstanding approvals Provide industry-specific knowledge Create and negotiate end-user contract documentation Meet or exceed customer service expectations Review and prepare transactions for timely booking and funding Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and support processes Handle both non-standard and exceptional applications Key Decisions: Determine Pricing Calculate buy-out values and execute early termination process Determine which documents to use during contract creation Escalate continuous improvement issues Negotiate with customer and vendors as necessary Required Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of work experience Leasing experience is a plus Effective and efficient communication skills Ability to review documentation and identify errors in an efficient manner Knowledge of internal policies, rules and regulations Must have strong time management and organizational skills Looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, and a quick-learner with a business background Experience reviewing and preparing lease documents and contracts Experience with Docu sign As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws
