Position Summary The Sales Enablement Coach helps offer ongoing coaching to sales representatives to help them succeed. You will develop and deliver training programs and creating valuable sales content. By providing the tools, resources, and training necessary, the Sales Enablement Coach guides and supports sales teams to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets. You will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing. Main Responsibilities Coaching(main task) Provide Ongoing Coaching: Offer one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help sales representatives refine their skills, overcome challenges, and improve their performance. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Support Sales Teams: Act as a resource for sales teams, providing guidance on sales strategies, tools, and techniques. Collaboration and Communication Work with matrix Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure understanding of sales enablement programs with our goals. Gather Feedback: Collect feedback from sales teams to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for future training and support. Training Develop Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that address multiple aspects of the sales process, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales representatives. Sales Onboarding: You will develop a structured onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure they are equipped with the skills needed to succeed. Sales Content Creation Create Sales Materials: Develop sales enablement materials such as playbooks, guides, presentations, and case studies. Update Resources: You will update sales materials to reflect the latest product information, market trends, and best practices. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are great to have. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement. Experience in the food processing industry is great to have. Skills: Experience with the sales process and best practices. Solution Selling or Strategic Selling You will create training materials. Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems. You will work with multiple teams. Attributes: Passionate about helping others succeed. You will have creative coaching abilities. COMPENSATION RANGE: $110,000-$149,000 Compensation is determined on experience and skill. This job description is a general description of essential job functions.
