About the Position:

The Sales Development Representative will join the Business Development team and report directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing. This role owns the sales initiatives for mid-market and large-enterprise, masterfully initiating and qualifying prospects, maintaining prospecting data in HubSpot, and facilitating audits to demonstrate Level’s value. The successful candidate uses various communication channels and strategies to generate qualified meetings with targeted prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel. This position will provide pivotal feedback to improve conversion rates and reporting progress against quarterly goals to sales leaders. The salary range for this position is between $50k-$70k.

Your Impact:

  • Prospect Meetings: You will thoroughly field initial sales meetings, expertly qualifying prospects and identifying high-potential opportunities.

  • Data Management: You will maintain sales opportunities, deal notes, and contacts in HubSpot, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

  • Audit Conducting: You will facilitate initial audits, including PPC, SEO, and Paid Social, delivering compelling insights that highlight the Level’s unparalleled value.

  • Lead Generation: You will relentlessly use email, phone, social media, and/or partners to generate qualified meetings with targeted prospects and drive high-impact sales opportunities.

  • Communication Development: You will craft powerful communication flows that nurture potential opportunities through the funnel, from initial awareness to first contact.

  • Feedback Sharing: You will provide critical feedback on what is and isn't working, continuously refining strategies to optimize copy and conversion rates.

  • Progress Reporting: You will rigorously report progress against quarterly goals to sales leaders, demonstrating your relentless drive for success.

  • Industry Knowledge: You’ll stay current with company offerings and industry trends, and publish content to further position yourself and the firm as trustworthy thought-leaders in the market.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance marketing, lead generation, B2B, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, sales, or consulting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Expert ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Thrive in a sales-driven environment and embrace the hunt for new business opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication skills, able to confidently engage with prospects and present ideas and audit results

  • Comfortable being accountable for meeting targets, including the number of meetings scheduled and conversion rates to audits or next steps.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

  • Proven expertise in actively qualifying and identifying high-potential prospects during initial sales meetings.

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong skills in managing sales opportunities, deal notes, and contacts in HubSpot.

  • Experience in facilitating in-depth audits, including PPC, SEO, and Paid Social, to provide valuable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate significant sales opportunities through diverse channels such as email, phone, social media, and partners.

  • Proficiency in creating and implementing effective communication flows that guide prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Skilled at providing insightful feedback to refine strategies and improve copy and conversion rates.

  • Consistent track record of reporting progress against quarterly goals to sales leaders, highlighting a strong drive for success.

  • General knowledge of our core Digital Marketing service offerings such as:

  • Online advertising - buying/bidding on inventory, creating compelling ads, and analyzing performance in-platform. Particularly with Google and Facebook

  • Search engine optimization - helping sites show up on Google and other relevant search engines

  • Email marketing - writing and scheduling emails for an interested audience

  • Marketing automation - the ability to segment lists and create basic workflows.

  • Content creation - developing attractive content that engages audiences

  • Website usability/CRO - simplifying website experiences

  • Analytics reporting - creating reports to make sense of website data
