The role of Quality Engineer within the ASSA ABLOY ROMANIA factory in Bucharest aims to manage the quality issues of components and finished products from the assigned production unit.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and solving quality problems

Managing the relationship with the client to solve quality problems

Management of internal non-conformities and customer complaints

Management of non-conformities generated by suppliers

Drawing up control instructions for components and finished products, respectively revising them whenever he finds it necessary.

Monitoring the manner in which the control and quality assurance procedures are respected

Training of the entire staff in the production unit regarding the quality control of the products executed in that unit

Checking and reporting to the Unit Manager and Quality Dept. Manager of the document circuit and quality records

Initiating and leading projects to improve the quality and services provided to clients

Preparing the planning of product quality assurance projects, monitoring their evolution.

You can be the match to our team if you have:

Technical knowledge (related to the field of quality assurance)

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Knowledge of technical drawing

Confident handling of Office 365

Knowledge of measuring and monitoring equipment

Very good communication , problem-solving and teamwork skills

Very good ability to organize resources and activities

Fluent English
