ICONMA, LLC Quality Assurance Engineer in United States

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will apply quality principles across various stages of product development and manufacturing. This role involves technical evaluations, collaboration with multiple departments, and continuous improvement of quality systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Principles Application :

  • Apply quality principles to design, incoming materials, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and R&D.

  • Ensure product or process quality for both in-house and purchased products.

  • Technical Evaluations :

  • Evaluate product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings, and procedures to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Product Failure Investigations :

  • Investigate product failures, participate in material review board decisions, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • 5-8years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

  • Experience in applying quality principles in design, production control, product evaluation, and reliability.

  • Experience in evaluating product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings, and procedures.

  • Experience in investigating product failures and implementing corrective actions.

  • Experience in developing and evaluating quality systems.

  • Experience in designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes.

  • Experience in supplier selection and maintaining certification programs.

    Desired Skills:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment.

    An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role .
