THE TEAM

The APAC Asian Expansion team works collaboratively with local and global stakeholders to ensure technology products (inventory platforms & client tools) as well as E-commerce channels are enhanced, developed and supported for the ever-changing and varied needs of new and existing markets in the Asian region.

As a member of this team, you will work with the Product and Dev team to support the Asia region, new market projects, roadmap and prioritisation. You will be a leader of change (Change Champion) within the APAC Asia teams working in a ticketing business as we set up the Product and Engineering teams to support the existing and new Asia expansion markets.

THE JOB

The Project Manager's role is to provide project management and support to various projects (infrastructure, product and business change). Ensuring execution is in line with Project Management methodologies, frameworks, business strategy and priorities.

This role will ensure projects are completed on plan and within budget. Responsibilities include end-to-end project planning including business case development, capacity planning and project reporting.

You will be strong in the principles of change management (both project and business), risk management, and dependency management and have experience operating in a complex global organisation.

As the Project Manager, you will lead and support the adoption of new Tools, processes and Core Capabilities to align with Global teams where applicable.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Build management framework and support product & tech teams with their projects.

  • Support the definition of requirements and the launch of deliverables across markets.

  • Organise and lead team members throughout the extent of projects.

  • Communicate project statuses to both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate across markets.

  • Establish processes and cadence to keep leadership teams informed about teams' work and needs.

  • Lead the definition, documentation and implementation of organisational processes, and team strategies.

  • Lead project meetings and drive the development of project agendas.

  • Communicate with vendors to drive evaluation and successful implementation of third-party products.

  • Assist in defining product strategies and roadmap to align with business direction and company vision.

  • Participate in discussions with sales teams and contribute to decision-making from a product perspective.

  • Work closely with engineers, designers, stakeholders and related parties to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and workflows.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Confident in leading groups through workshops or structured sessions.

  • Fluent in English with an approach that inspires confidence through verbal, written and presentation skills and delivers clear and concise information tailored for different stakeholders and situations

  • Active, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision and efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Value and utilise the experience and expertise of colleagues inside and outside the team.

  • Work collaboratively and build excellent relationships with remote team members.

  • Be driven to succeed and motivate team members to be committed and successful.

  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.

  • Organisational and time management skills.

  • Proven experience working with various products including B2C e-commerce, B2B platforms, and apps.

  • Demonstrable experience in interpreting business needs and converting them to technical requirements.

  • Demonstrable communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in dealing with remote colleagues, across business areas and levels.

  • Proven ability to understand business needs, gather feedback, and communicate requirements and expectations to deliver successful products.

  • An excellent understanding of the Agile and Lean frameworks, with the knowledge and experience to critically analyse current best practices

  • Desirable practical experience presenting and/or training.

  • Desirable practical experience leading and motivating a small team.
