Our Autonomous client is looking for Procurement/ Project Manager in Foster City, CA Description: Charging Equipment Project Manager This role will be responsible for executing Client’s strategic purchasing strategy in the PIPES (Power, Infrastructure, Plant, Equipment, & Services) procurement space, which includes working cross-functionally to understand needs for third-party engagement related to charging infrastructure, finding and evaluating potential partners and suppliers, drafting and issuing RFQs, identifying and executing on cost reduction opportunities, managing the overall Procure-to-Pay processes, and coordinating the allocation of charging equipment. Responsibilities: Manage the Supplier Onboarding process into ERP systems Manage incoming requisitions and issue RFQs for charging infrastructure Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues with POs and invoices Develop and execute asset allocation processes in coordination with cross-functional teams Attend and coordinate meetings; report updates and manage action items Maintain an asset database to track asset location and utilization Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in procurement and project management operations Bachelor’s degree Knowledge of ERP systems Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders Organizational skills to manage and track transactional details Bonus Qualifications: Experience in designing and implementing operational processes and procurement tools is highly desirable Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Process improvement skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with SAP/Ariba As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws
