As the Program Manager, Global CRM and Marketing Automation, you will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our global CRM, marketing automation, and analytics programs. Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Global Digital Experience, you will oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data, and develop policies for data segmentation and usage for marketing. You will leverage customer data to deliver personalized content through integrated digital marketing strategies. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements such as GDPR and CCPA and manage a team responsible for CRM management, email marketing, lead management, analytics, and consent and preference management.

You Will:

  • Develops and executes a customer data strategy and roadmap designed to deliver more personalized content through automated marketing campaigns

  • Liaisons with our marketing managers to ensure we have the proper audience segments to support campaigns

  • Create and enforce policies for customer data governance

  • Liaison with partners to develop proper requirements for CRM projects and work with our IT partners to deliver a solution

  • Oversee our lead distribution program with sales reps including maintaining lead assignment rules

  • Establish procedures for customer data sharing with internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop, implements, and trains users on customer data segmentation and lead scoring strategies

  • Develop and implement programs to ensure compliance with data privacy and consent laws

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years experience in customer data management or CRM such as Salesforce

  • 5+ years experience in marketing automation management such as Marketo

  • 2+ years previous management experience

  • Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data

  • Knowledge of integrated digital marketing and best practices

  • Demonstrated experience developing a global lead scoring system and successful implementation

  • Experience measuring and reporting with an understanding of spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), databases, financial analysis

  • Experience prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo.io

  • Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics

  • Up to 5% travel

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
