ICONMA, LLC Production Support Program Manager in United States
Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Production Support Program Manager for their Remote (Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA/Raleigh, NC) location. Responsibilities:
Key initiatives for obsolete business application and infrastructure technology in use
Production support teams in incident management reporting
Application availability reporting
Database change reporting
Disaster Recovery process in a backup role to primary PM
Agile teams in the Product Owner and/or Scrum Master roles
AAA organizational needs as projects are assigned
Miscellaneous reporting requirements
Requirements:
Program Management Experience
Communicate effectively with team members, management and product owners
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word
Familiarity with the information technology field
1+ years of experience working on or with Agile teams
Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Rally, ServiceNow and Archer
Familiarity with the production support environment
