About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to shape the future of our SaaS-based forms and workflows automation product and help drive our vision for integrated platform solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Use creative, imaginative approaches to identify compelling, differentiated solutions that solve customer needs.

• Manage a product roadmap that delivers value to the customer and aligns with goals and priorities of the business.

• Effectively manage team backlogs by prioritizing across different categories of work (such as bugs, enhancements, innovation, etc.) and leading through the traditional scrum ceremonies including grooming and sprint planning.

• Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer by regularly interacting with customers, deeply understanding their challenges and leading discovery efforts.

• Collaborate extensively with peers and partners across various business units (including Engineering, QA, Sales, Support, Client Success, Implementation, UX, and more) to ensure product success, drive successful product releases and foster a robust ecosystem.

• Anticipate and remove obstacles that prevent us from delivering on operational, product and program objectives.

• Stay informed regarding the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation to shape product strategy.

• Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on the product, documenting feature functionality and supporting internal stakeholder inquiries as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience as a product leader with at least 3-5 years’ experience, with a focus on SaaS-based products.

• Prior experience in managing cross-product integrations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing backlogs, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with Development and UX teams to refine and prioritize work for development.

• Track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams (such as engineering, QA, sales, support, client success, implementation and UX).

• Proven ability to drive priorities, manage trade-offs, and tackle complex problems.

• Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to express complex concepts in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to clients or decision-makers.

• Demonstrate deep empathy for the customer and end users, with a passion for solving their problems through your product.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• Possesses a blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience in the K-12 education industry is a plus.

• Successful delivery of a new product or major feature from concept to launch is a plus.
