PDI Technologies Product Manager II in United States

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in rewards programs, loyalty marketing, or related areas

  • Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and experience creating engaging digital products

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience working with CPG brands and managing partner relationships

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques

    The Opportunity:

    GasBuddy is a leading fuel and in store products savings platform that empowers consumers to make smarter decisions and save money on gas. With a passionate community of millions of users, GasBuddy is transforming the way people think about their fuel purchases. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead our Rewards and Offers program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our rewards ecosystem, drive user engagement, and create value for both consumers and brand partners.

    What You’ll Do:

  • Own and evolve the GasBuddy Rewards Program, including points earning mechanisms, redemption options, and overall user experience.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user participation in receipt scanning and other app features that contribute to points accumulation.

  • Design and manage bonus point offers to incentivize specific user behaviors and drive engagement.

  • Collaborate with CPG brands and other partners to create compelling offers and integrate them seamlessly into the rewards program.

  • Optimize the points redemption process, ensuring a wide range of attractive options including cashback, gift cards, and fuel savings.

  • Develop and execute a brand promotion strategy within the Rewards program, creating win-win opportunities for users and partner brands.

  • Continuously innovate to create a fun and engaging experience for users participating in the rewards program.

  • Analyze program performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions and improvements.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to bring new features and improvements to market.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure GasBuddy's Rewards program remains competitive and innovative.
