Job Overview:

We are seeking a resolute and enthusiastic Post-Doctoral Researcher to join our research laboratory in Applied Youth Development. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our research objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-level contributions to ongoing research projects, including all phases of research (e.g., conceptualization, data analysis, dissemination, etc.):

  • Co-author and lead at least two to five planned manuscripts.

  • Serve as a collaborator on grant submissions.

  • Actively participate in professional development activities and conferences.

  • Serve as a mentor for graduate and undergraduate research assistants.

  • Review 2-3 manuscripts annually for academic journals.

Candidate Profile:

  • PhD in a relevant field.

  • Strong research background in areas related to the laboratory’s research interests.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and co-author publications.

  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills.

  • Effective communication and mentoring abilities.

  • Willingness to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
