Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the position include:

  • Drive targeted technical upskilling in support of client digital transformation

  • Create virtual instructor-led training materials such as, but not limited to Facilitator and Participant materials, slide decks, Instructional Guides, Job Aids, etc.

  • Develop instructional videos including scripts, storyboards, and video captures

  • Create online interactive training using the Articulate 360 suite (Rise & Storyline experience required) and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Visualize workflows through graphics

  • Facilitate virtual instructor-led sessions, leveraging technical expertise gained through train-the-trainer, system hands-on practice, and mentoring by Project Lead

  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) in all functional areas of clients’ products to gain the ability to deliver training and provide knowledge transfer

  • Document FAQs throughout training sessions in order to support client adoption

  • Support and participate in systems requirement gathering sessions with the client to keep track of changes that would impact training

  • Revise technical / system documentation to incorporate system and product updates requested by customers and internal users

  • Assist with development of curriculum for new courses

  • Schedule and manage coordination of hosting Live and Virtual Training Offerings

  • Collaborate with the AIR Project Manager to ensure completion of the training in accordance with the agreed project plan

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design or Instructional Technology, or other related field

  • Application of instructional design methods, adult learning principles and understanding of “modern learner” engagement strategies

  • At least 3 years of work experience as a software Trainer

  • At least 2 years of Salesforce CRM or SaaS training experience

  • Experience conducting virtual webinar-based training (via MS Team, Zoom, Webex, etc.)

  • Experience with Agile methodology and workflows

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when writing

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds

  • The ability to produce concise, high-level summaries and briefings accessible to broad audiences

  • Ability to translate technical processes and concepts in simple terms while ensuring material is engaging and interesting

  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to figure out new technologies

  • Demonstrated track record of interfacing professionally with stakeholders, business partners, and other internal and external clients

  • Ability to build trust, follow-through, and collaborate well with a variety of stakeholders and teams via remote engagement

Disclosures:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position. Depending on project work, qualified candidates may need to meet certain residency requirements.

This position offers $43.00 per hour. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the organization and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the salary for candidates that are based in the United States.
