As we continue to grow our presence and campuses throughout the country, we are expanding our Marketing Department and are in need of an all-star Marketing Coordinator at our corporate headquarters located in Parsippany, NJ.

You will support our senior-level marketing manager/director on various marketing initiatives for our campuses.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator

• Maintain and update campus start and event calendars

• Follow-up on creative approvals for numerous campus-related marketing pieces

• Track creative assignments within our internal creative services group

• Organize creative library & testimonial archives

• Communicate with vendors, campuses & internal departments

• Assist with invoice and purchase order processing

• Research and learn different marketing technologies

• Participate in creative aspects of the marketing department

• Maintain promo item, collateral and signage inventory

• Provide administrative support to senior marketing staff and team as needed

• Help organize and attend events/ trade shows

  Requirements of a Marketing Coordinator

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Able to multi-task

• Strong time management skills

• Strong conceptual skills

• Ability to produce reports and correspondence

• Proficiency in MS Office Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
