Cogent Infotech Manufacturing Quality Representative in United States

  • A Construction Quality Representative will also conduct studies and provide analyses to measure the level of quality and service while recommending and implementing plans and actions aimed at improvements.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Systematically and proactively expand and improve the plant quality assurance program, through developing, maintaining, coordinating and implementing systems and procedures.

  • Maintain and develop reports to measure quality and service levels, while providing analysis and action plans to improve performance.

  • Conduct audits, research studies, and communicate findings and recommendations, in both Manufacturing and Homebuilding.

  • Integrate shop floor personnel and quality team member's efforts to understand and meet the customers' quality expectations.

  • Upgrade, perfect maintain quality standards in all departments as needed.

  • Troubleshoot product quality issues and perform all necessary steps to correct problems.

  • Respond to all questions and issues from Homebuilding operations, in a timely and proficient manner.

  • Coordinate and manage special projects as directed.

    Qualifications:

  • 2+ years construction management or related experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to read construction blue prints.

  • Knowledge of technical aspects of residential construction a plus.

  • Ability to develop relationships and engage with internal customers to understand and address their needs and create a best-in-class customer service experience

  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and written

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, determine solutions, and drive results to produce desired outcome.

  • Results driven with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through change, and balance multiple priorities.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work adjusted hours, travel to job sites on a regular basis, and attend out-of-state training.

  • Good driving record and updated driver's license.
